New Favorite: Sipping chocolate via The Teacup Chronicles
1 cup lowfat milk
at least 3 ounces dark chocolate (I used Valhrona)
pinch of salt
teaspoon or so of vanilla sugar (left over from holiday baking)
optional: pinch of cayenne, cinnamon
Put all in a saucepan under medium heat and let chocolate melt, whisk into milk, and heat for 5 minutes or so. Best drinking hot chocolate ever!
