Breakfast of Champions.

kimchi fried rice, big bowl of edamame, and chickenless chicken cutlets (all from Trader Joe’s), and leftover asparagus

Whew! That was a lot of cooking and fine eating this week. I am particularly proud of myself for tackling rutabagas (first time I “cooked” them, I think). This is good, as I’ll be eating out a lot for this weekend.

So I’ll be back next week with some recipes and I have a question for you- what would you like to see first?
